We dine at the château.
Day 3 (Wines of the Médoc 2)

Lunch at the château with examples of how to harmonise food
and wine.

Dinner at the château - a specially chosen menu illustrating
the marriage of Médoc wines and Bordeaux cuisine.

After breakfast we visit a classified château

and Barsac with the food of the region.
